Product Warranty

Hurricane Products provides what we believe to be one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry.

We warrant our tabletop and free standing cook centers by a Lifetime Limited Warranty for material defect and workmanship. We will replace the component in question, or the unit in its entirety upon Hurricane’s review of the defect. This warranty also applies to the components broken during the assembly process. Hurricane’s limited lifetime warranty is extended to customers with an original proof of purchase and does not apply to commercial or industrial usage. A similar warranty with a one year span from the point of purchase applies to commercial and industrial users.
